Volkswagen South Africa needed a modern, user-friendly website to better serve their customers and showcase their vehicle lineup.

The challenge
Volkswagen South Africa's existing website was struggling to keep pace with modern expectations. Navigation felt dated, vehicle discovery was cumbersome, and the site wasn't optimised for the way customers research and compare cars today — primarily on mobile, with high expectations for speed and imagery.
Our approach
Working through Accenture, our team handled the full front-end build — taking designs from wireframe to production. We focused on performance from the start: optimising every image, reducing JavaScript payloads, and building a component library that ensured consistency across the vehicle catalogue, configurator, and dealer locator.
