Eswatini National Bank aimed to improve their digital banking services by integrating external client services and enhancing the user experience.

Eswatini National Bank's digital banking platform was functional but not meeting customer expectations. The interface felt dated, navigation was confusing for first-time users, and the bank had no way to offer external services — like insurance, airtime, or bill payments — through the app. Customers had to visit branches for services that should have been available on their phones.

Volkswagen South Africa needed a modern, user-friendly website to better serve their customers and showcase their vehicle lineup.

Volkswagen South Africa's existing website was struggling to keep pace with modern expectations. Navigation felt dated, vehicle discovery was cumbersome, and the site wasn't optimised for the way customers research and compare cars today — primarily on mobile, with high expectations for speed and imagery.

Capitec wanted to introduce a feature that would make saving easier and more intuitive for their customers. The Live Easy Savings feature needed to feel effortless — customers should be able to save without thinking about it — while fitting seamlessly into the existing Capitec app experience and meeting the security standards South African banking customers expect.
