Last updated: January 2026. These terms apply to engagements with Async Creatives and use of our software products.
Our services
We provide custom software development, team augmentation, and licensed digital products. The specific scope, timeline, and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
Intellectual property
Work produced specifically for a client engagement is owned by the client once full payment is received. Our licensed products, frameworks, and pre-existing tools remain our intellectual property.
Warranties & liability
We deliver work to the agreed specification and fix defects reported during the agreed warranty period. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
